pull mitre saw disasters again

Hi Rattie,

As i have already said my Elektra Beckum KGS300 comes with a negative rake and they state that a positive rake should never be used, not even for aluminium or plastics.

Since mitre saws come with hold down clamps you only have yourself to blame if you dont use them but use your hand instead. It only takes a couple of seconds to turn the screw to clamp then again to release the work.

No problem aragorn . But on a general note, notice how smart everybody is about safety , you can be the safest person alive but still have an accident in a workshop its a dangerous place and all tools even the humble screwdriver need to be treated with respect .Check and double check ever aspect of the job at hand .How many people check their measurements twice but dont check that everything else is where it is supposed to be :roll: .
