Hi guys
New to this forum so apologies if this is in the wrong section. I have just bought a Perform PT 260 off ebay and I have an issue with the thicknesser feed. It seems the indeed roller is set higher (2-3mm) than the blade so that by the time I have raised the bed high enough to engage the wood in the roller, I am removing 2-3mm. This gives me a minimum cut depth near the maximum. Surely this is wrong and the spring loaded roller should be lower than the blade so it can engage the wood before the blade starts taking a cut. I have looked for adjustments but can't see any. Any advice would be very appreciated.
Thanks
