Price of Concrete

Later on tonight i am having a chat with Neighbours regarding making the communal driveway and parking area more pleasing. My thoughts were for concrete but would like to know the average price of ready mixed (when the truck comes to you and pours it in). Anyone have any info?

Hi Tiler99,
1.5m3 cost £120.00 delivered to the door from a small concrete firm,
the big ones were twice that, biggest expence was the delivery charge,
i can pick up 1m3 in the trailer for £45.00. so the concrete itself isnt that expensive.

About £70 cu mtr based on a full 6m3 lorry, if you have less you pay a surcharge. If you don't need much you may be better with a mix-a-mate type where they only mix what you need but it costs more.

They both mix on site so you only pay for what you use and it removes the guess work
