It always reminds me of my wife's best friend. They saw Kaiser Chiefs At the Eden Project (and got quite drunk on Rattler and Pimms) - a stunning place to see live bands - her friend was a beautiful woman, one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever met, and she died of a brain tumour shortly afterwards. She was 43.

Well these are just my own thoughts/reasons
I am sure someone out there will post the other side of the story and show the positive side of ev’s

What goes around comes around.
Some way to go before we know if they are passing fads. Horse been with us for thousands of years, all the other stuff for less than 100, or much less.
Climate change is going to sort them out.

Anyone who's ever owned a horse knows that their staple diet is £20 notes, by the bucketful.

I know you meant that, and I approve.
I meant that *the first time* I wrote it, it can't have been dèja vû. Because it hadn't happened twice yet. So the first time I wrote it can't have been hindsight.
The dèja vû happened afterwards > about me writing that we can't predict the future. Directed at someone who was trying to predict the future. So this thread is a dèja vû. Feels like I've been here before. And the first time I was there, I wrote "we'll just have to wait and see".

Not knocking never owned a horse... sister did. boat well that’s another matter

Seriously though. Before Mrs passed we looked at post end of world survival
Neither of us would.... whils I have survival training (limited) in the past age and relevant medical issues mean that I would not last long

EVs will be quickly made obsolete by driverless EVs. It’s just become more certain as Elon Musk has gained more influence as a result of the US election result.
