Kaiser Chiefs
It always reminds me of my wife's best friend. They saw Kaiser Chiefs At the Eden Project (and got quite drunk on Rattler and Pimms) - a stunning place to see live bands - her friend was a beautiful woman, one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever met, and she died of a brain tumour shortly afterwards. She was 43.

The ev car... in part still true. Some people are still reluctant to change
For me
It’s the relevant cost
The charging of car how where and how long
The range of ev vs diesel
The what happens at end of life of the battery, cost of replacement cost of
As a kid dad had a diesel motor home and as we drove on holiday us kids had to look out for garages that sold derv
Just as a look see, my passenger and I looked at garages and other places for ev charging......
History repeats, it that we are just older
Well these are just my own thoughts/reasons
I am sure someone out there will post the other side of the story and show the positive side of ev’s

Some way to go before we know if they are passing fads. Horse been with us for thousands of years, all the other stuff for less than 100, or much less.
Climate change is going to sort them out.
My money would be on the horse!

Anyone who's ever owned a horse knows that their staple diet is £20 notes, by the bucketful. ;) You do get a useful by product if you grow roses however, by the skip load. :ROFLMAO:

After the bombs drop.
The humans who will survive are those tucked away in the desert and the rainforest.
Western society has virtually zero hope of any significant human survival rate.

The opposite side of the Moebius strip?
Apparently deja vu is actually hindsight from a split second earlier.

<Chuckle>
Moebius strip.
Only one side.
I know you meant that, and I approve. (y)

I meant that *the first time* I wrote it, it can't have been dèja vû. Because it hadn't happened twice yet. So the first time I wrote it can't have been hindsight.
The dèja vû happened afterwards > about me writing that we can't predict the future. Directed at someone who was trying to predict the future. So this thread is a dèja vû. Feels like I've been here before. And the first time I was there, I wrote "we'll just have to wait and see".
