A while back I posted on here about making some wooden port holes.

Below are the results I mitred together 8 pieces of 3 x 2 then routered out the middle to form the portholes these were then lined with bendy MDF fixed into the stud work boarded over then routed out with a bearing guided cutter all I need to do now is fit the glass and make some beads to hold it in.

P S its hard work working in a gym surrounded by attractive women working out......... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thats not me in the picture by the way.
 
Just gotta work out a way to fit the glass now and make some capping for the walls.

I didn't get much time to take the photos so didn't get one of the wavey walls that we built if I get a chance I will take some more pics.

Its all done in 3 x 2 cls with 10' x 4' x 6mm mdf cladding with 300 mm rips top and bottom with 50mm rips covering the joints as a feature.
