I did briefly dally with the idea of taking a pic of the carrot shavings I made last night, but they were a bit thick. Anyone know how to tighten up the mouth on a potato peeler...?

Tiny bit more progress; I may have finally found justification for owning a Stanley #386 jointer fence. Yay!
