Pocket hole jig - is this one worth it?

There is one better. The one that has a port for chips extraction. I did not try it myself but I saw some videos of it in action and I am thinking of getting one. Because chips are very annoying and take lots of tine to clean up between drilling and afterwards.

Looks like the one I got after watching the video on it by "Hooked on Wood". I'll have to check

The one thing about pocket holes is that there is no alignment unlike with dowels, just drill your holes and clamp, then drive in the pocket screws.

I think the important thing about pocket holes is that the drill should not drill out the end of the workpiece and should leave that small plug of wood at the end,
