Just started to use a half inch up spiral bit.

I have been using my straight fluted bits before but wow! What a difference. Clean and cuts so well and fast. I thought it was a bit dear but with every penny.

Likewise, used a 1/4" spiral down cut bit on a box I'm making and the difference is amazing.

Wealden's bit are superb. Stay sharper for longer and last longer than any others I've tried. Better than Trend and Axminster in my experience.
