PLUG IN NVR SWITCH LINK PLEASE

Can someone supply me with a link to a plug "in line" nvr switch please for a router table so the router can be left "on" and NVR switch can be mounted on front of cabinet, with a plug and socket so I dont need to rewire the router - Google has not been my friend today!

13amp plug straight in and out, no wiring or modifications required.

Edit. It states on the website that they are supposed to have stock again by 25th March...??!! Unless they are in a container stuck in the Suez Canal?
