PLEASE HELP solid wood painting without the paint to crack

i have a customer who wants a linden solid wood kitchen furniture finished in white paint,then lacquer


because the solid wood will "work" as the years go by,and through differens of temperatures ,where there are the joints in time the paint will crack(and i saw and heard about not many years from one to several years this problem appear)
it is my first order of solid wood paint finish

THE QUESTION: IS THERE A TEHNIQUE THAT THIS PROBLEM DOSEN'T APPEAR ?

spray,the wood has 8% humidity,but is not naturally dry only 8 months and then with steam dryer
