do you mean the editing part...

if so.
log in to your flickr account.
upload or select a foto that is in your album etc...
click on photo so you see it...

now across the top of the pic you have a bunch of buttons...

add note, send to group, blog this, rotate, edit photo... etc.

edit photo "click"

it will then load the pic into Picnic in the browser..
there you can crop, rotate, auto fix?, resize, exposure, colors, sharpen, red eye...

have a play... tis good...

I have tried several but prefer Google's Picasa.

Yeah! been using Flickr since I joined, all dead easy, more so since I found the send to Flickr set-up.
