Parkside/Lidl Cordless Pole Saw any opinions please

Hey Okey Dokey, just to advise, I spoke with Customer service & Manufacturers helpline but they were unable to advise Re missing black part so returned saw for refund.
Tks again for all your help though!!

If you can get a refund seems the best way out of it.
I would buy mine again if I had to ------- just remember that its not designed to fell 50 foot Oak trees.
