It must be a real problem when lots of property's and they can be miles apart have the
same post code !
I sent one of my duck houses to a customer in wales, notified them it had been dispatched, 5 days
later had a phone call to say it has not arrived. I got onto the pallet company , who got onto the
forwarding company who said it had been delivered and as no one was home the driver took a
photo of the pallet sat on their drive behind the gate. When i got back to my customer she said
we have no drive or gate. After several phone calls and the customer driving up the
road it was found at another property. The company who dropped it off at the wrong address but
correct post code had to go and pick it up and drop it off at the correct address.
