Not used RF for a few years, my mate had an wide lipping welder that would light up a fluorescent tube hanging on string, always worried me.

I do hold it at arms length if I use it, try not to get the veg too close....................... maybe thats why "my little arsehole" is an only kid!!!!
 
I wasn't suggesting it for a commercial workshop but for an amateur with more limited budget, who can't afford an RF wood welder or any of the other production based kit that costs the equivalent of their annual salary
