The annual “Massive shop coming tomorrow, can you bring that fridge home from the workshop?” Fridge Cleaning day!
And a very merry Christmas to you too!It would be easier to just get some compost bins because so much of the excess food brought because the shops close for a few days due to xmas is just destined for landfill.
What about the mice and such, don't they like a little nibble.Unheated workshop: our veg normally lasts perfectly well outdoors in a box until used up.
And the rats eat the kittens, and the big cats eat the rats? Natures balancing act.We have cats

I would hazard a guess that rather than a fridge they are saving the space for some nice woodworking machine they are hoping to get for xmas !why not keep the fridge in the workshop
My nearest and dearest is fed up of struggling with the sticking workshop door so this year the veggies are in "Bunty" the garden shed. And the rats eat the kittens, and the big cats eat the rats? Natures balancing act.
(A mantra at a farm at which I worked)
