Wanted Old BA Screws, Nuts and Washers

Does anyone have any random boxes or jars tucked away in their workshops with these screws please?

I know I could just go out and buy some nice new shiny ones but I'm after ones with a bit of age to them and therefore a nice patina to the metal. Also I don't need a huge quantity just 20 of each.

I have a load of 2BA screws but am after 5-16BA.

Maybe a search for reclaimed architecture ironmongery and fixtures might help . It’s amazing as you say what people keep hold of .. good luck

You don't say what material, but either steel or brass ones can be patinated if you have to buy new ones.

@Doris What do you actually need? What sort of length, nuts and washers to boot? I'm fairly certain I can let you have that sort of quantity of 6 or 8BA though fairly short, about 6mm from memory; I don't have them in front of me. They're probably steel, maybe plated brass. Oh and I have a stack of unplated brass 5BA.
