Thanks well put that's the ticket.Took me a while to notice where the magnet was. Those moments of insight make woodwork worth while. Well after you stop giving yourself a hard time for not thinking about it sooner.
Had a pet futret when I was a kid. Charlie was his name. Pretty good most times but if he intended biting there was no favourite place. Anyplace would do. Just a nip to show the boundaries. Polecat and ex working ferret. Guy who had him got tired of having to dig him out and he was in danger of being put down so my dad took him home.Wonder if it'd work on ferrets - always their favourite place to nip little monsters.
Too true!Wonder if it'd work on ferrets - always their favourite place to nip little monsters.
That's what I use.A zip tie would work too?
Wooden magnetBo ho won’t work for me.....
My bench vice has wooden handles.....
I use a 1/4" of old bike inner tube on mineAn O ring of the right size will also serve to stop the handle sliding when you don't want it to.
They tend to perish quicker when stretched, so once you find the right size it's worth putting a few aside and replace them as and when.
