Hello - I'm new to this forum and also to woodworking.
I've recently bought some kiln dried Oak for my first college project and need a little advice on water staining.
The boards i have bought 200 X 25 X 2100 have quite a bit of water marking on them. They are sawn square edged .
What i need to know is how easily will this plane out and what sort of depth the stains are usually in the timber.
Any help would be great - Thanks John.
