We are thinking of doing it outside with a big back projection screen so that people in the next field can see it. Security and crowd control might be an issue - judging by the last one they'll go ape-**** over freehand dovetails. Wouldn't want them to get too over excited, with chisels in their hands :shock:

Don't know why I've never thought of this before but I've just cleaned the ends of my older Norton Combi stone to reveal "Norton No 0 Combination" and "Fine".
So that explains the IB8 being coarser at 400 grit (according to another site). This means the Norton "Fine" must be 600 ish - in other words good enough for almost everything (which I'd worked out anyway).
Now I know. :roll:
