North West Turing suppliers/shops?

Hi All,

Off back to Manchester for a week tomorow - and wondering if there are any decent suppliers/shops to visit in the NorthWest while im over, to take advantage of not paying ripoff Irish prices !!!

I have the people carrier so blanks etc are an easy first choice !.

If you find anywhere reasonable for blanks in the NW - let me know !

G & S specialist timbers have a good reputation for a range of blanks, though haven't used them. but threy're up the top of Cumbria.

Well - Been and back - and no joy in finding any suuppliers,

What size blanks you looking for? We stock blanks that are perfect for newels for instance.

We're stocking some prime (very high grade) European Oak blanks (laminated two part). They're 90x90mm and in lengths of 750mm, 900mm, 1m and 1.5m. We can also get other lengths and widths/breadths for larger orders. Depending on quantity and location they could be delivered to you.
