Not sure if F W Whittick was owner or maker. George Collier was retailer, nice marples hibernia hand forged iron bought in a charity shop for £4 probably late 1800's to 1910

That's a nice plane! They're not usually boxed. Whittick was the owner, makers are usually more neat marking their tools.
Careful with that handle, it looks like it has been repaired.
