newt I wish you a very speedy recovery and hope that this will sort out your back problems for good. Take it easy and keep us all informed.

I finally got my MRI results to find that I have a large herniated disc. I'm awaiting an appointment with the consultant surgeon. In some ways it's a relief to know what the problem is, but also a worry as to what happens next.
