The wife thought that one part of the room looked a bit dull and could do with something, so she designed somehting which looks like this

Whats the wood that you have used? Is it planks that have been biscuited together? and how have you hidden the frame?

Thanks for the nice words

I just simple laminate floorboards and had the mirror specially made to fit the space between the skirting board and the coving

I nailed the boards on in the groove and the edging was glued on, thats why i just the masking tape
