I have always preferred to use a wooden chopping board because it turned out the "experts" who said plastic chopping boards were more hygenic were wrong! So for me, putting plastic inlay in a wooden board is the worst of both worlds! Interesting inlays but I think I would look for something else to use it on other than chopping boards!

Well, folk tend to use them more as serving platters than chopping boards, as far as i know no one has died yet LOLI have always preferred to use a wooden chopping board because it turned out the "experts" who said plastic chopping boards were more hygenic were wrong! Thanks, although i will now be adding a disclaimer to future sales 'Anyone suffering death or injury though use of these items will be offered a full refund' .... i think that's only fair.

They sure are pretty - but you should make sure your using a "food safe" epoxy and colouring.
