New Bandsaw Advice Please

I know that this has probably been asked many times before, but I am fairly new to this and slowly building up a workshop but space is limited so I really need to get things right first time round.

Anyway I have decided that I need a bandsaw due to mainly working on small projects such as boxes and I don't have the space for a table saw, so narrowed my choice down to three.

Scheppach Besato 1
SIP 10"
Record BS250

Out of these three which would people recommend. Or should I be looking at any other models within the same size and price range.

I have a Basato 1. I'm very pleased with it's ability for it's size. I keep it under the bench and bring it out when needed.

I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

Hi Paul,

I have the Axminster small bandsaw and am really pleased with it. Cuts straight and true and will cut 4 inch oak at a push. All in all good value.

Bad blade = bad machine.
