HTH your lordship - a disc sander often appeals to me - I'm sure it would fit on the bench next to the grinder

Since you have a lathe in your workshop, you don't need to bother buying a small disc sander to store elsewhere - why not make a sanding disc and false bed for your lathe? :wink:

I'd forgotten that I had made a disc for this on the lathe but hadn't got round to making a table for the lathe bed - better move it up the tuit list!
