Mega movers

Hello all,
I'm in a bit of a pickle. I need to move a large shed/office so I can build a new even bigger shed and a workshop. The old shed is 4m by 3m, it's feather edge, it has a pitch slate roof and it's plaster boarded. I've got a toe jack that can lift the shed. The problem I've got is the ground is uneven, I watched someone on YouTube rolling a large shed on 4 inch soil pipe, so yesterday I got some soil pipe from work and just tried one corner of the shed and it squashed it flat. I've run out of ideas now, I didn't want to knock it down but that looks like the only way. Does anyone have any ideas of how to move it?. PLEASE HELP

scaffold poles over 3x4 ramps?

would it drag on the ground without pipes under it but using a scaffold board or two??

The reason I ask is if I could get my land rover close to it the winch would be more than strong enough to give the pull (12,000lb pull) - If the corners of the building are strong enough to put a strop around

Just a thought, I'm a member of the Suffolk Land Rover Owners Club and on the committee we have numerous members who live in Essex - I'm sure I could get someone to come and give it a tug for some diesel money!

Rog has the best answer, but failing that I have moved a shed by brute force single handed as described. However you have an enormous amount of extra weight there with the slate tiles and plasterboard. It could be worth a go filling the soilpipe with sand and plugging the ends, but I think Rog is closest with brute force scaffold pipes toi roll on and the collective wrap around of a strop to spread the load. We often move machines of several tonnes on scaffold poles, if the ground is soft or uneven you may need larger pipes though, say a 4 or 6" diameter steel pipe would do, the Landie would just be the icing on the cake!
Another option is scaffold boards to make a "runway" and fit machine skates under each corner if that would support it or perhaps a few more then run along the boards, skates can be hired in many places.
