Imagine my horror when using my Anniversary for the first time I hear a very low 'snick' sound and the rear tote suddenly becomes a little loose

Yup, a hairline crack appears at the front of the beautiful cocobol tote.

Email LN with the problem, answered in no time offering new set of cherry totes until they can replace the cocobolo, no charge and by the end of the week.

Can't beat that for service.
