Hey All

I’m on holiday in Bulgaria and weirdly enough Lidl have quite a few of the 1/2 impact wrench prices at 169 lev around 72 British pounds. I believe these have been missing from the UK for quite some time so I had to grab one. Pictures below

Will the battery charger work on the UK electrical supply ?

It's likely that the plug is different as it is intended for the Bulgarian market and it will be CE marked to denote EU conformity, and the legality surrounding that is still valid in the UK; the power supplies throughout Europe and the EU have been harmonised for many years.
It will probably need a plug change but otherwise an identical Electrical spec .

thats a very good price....
I was looking at them and seem to remeber that they were just under £100 equiv in euro's....
So bought a Milwaukee.....€225 euro's from Germany ....€20 for delivery.....
the price has come down in the UK from the heady £375 mark....
very happy with it....plus I already have the 3/8th's one as well....
Just the air ratchet to go....oh and a new drill and impact screw driver.....
birthday in a month...fingers crossed....

PS when buying Milwaukee pls check Germany even with import duty....u may be suprised.....

Just checked the Lidl specials archive and they were last on sale in the UK stores on 03/03/2022, selling for £59.99.

The prior sale dates in the UK were 28/03/2021, 24/09/2020, 26/09/2019, all at the same price of £59.99 so they seem to only be on offer once a year, most recently in the month of March.

To be honest I took it back as its something that I don’t need and the two platforms I own I Dewalt and Festool. I figured since it’s not so often sold in the UK I would sell it or keep it lying around - pointless really
