I've just cut down some laurel hedging "Prunus laurocerasus" common laurel, I think.
Some pieces are 80-100mm thick. The wood looks a little like holly but without the nice smell that goes with it.
Is this stuff worth keeping? Has anyone used it, and if so, what for, and with what successs?
