I did 2 similar projects 33 years ago and am still knocking some rough edges off!
Me and my co builder did a fine job..even if I do say so myself :lol:

You've not done a good job on the sealing though, bet "it" leaks a bit. :lol: You do realise that you toll allowance is now severely curtailed for a very, very long time and following that you have every chance of the cycle starting again with grand in front of the word parents. :wink:

Haha yeah bob I know, have 2 step daughters as well so hit me even hard now. Will have to actually heavily review tools before jumping in so it gives me time to save.

Done many of these projects now, 7 if I remember correctly.... Thankfully only one was problematic.
