hi again this the piece I did last week, its a Jim Bloom free pattern, this took 15 hours to complete, and I loved every minute of the cut, it is on 3/4 reclaimed pine.

I would enlarge it to A3 size A4 is a pain to cut, took me close to 15 hours

I hope you can find it and thanks for the tip but it does not look that much worse than the attached which I did a while ago. I do cut mine from 4 mm ply though which may be a lot easier than the pine you used. I then mount them on a suitably coloured board. This was for a grandson.

sorry for the delay in answering you question , I dont put finish on anything i do, its the coulour of the wood after the varnish etc has been removed,
