Full marks for the symmetrical control of the laminates John, like the idea of the stand, simple and so practical, need to borrow a version of that, the trail of pepper and salt debris always niggle me on table and storage shelf.

About the stand,
After a lot of research I found it very difficult to find anyone who sold salt & pepper mills to sell a stand as well.
Everyone I spoke to who used mills, large or small, bemoaned the fact of spilt detritus on the table cloth. So it followed I had to include a stand.
This is a pic of the first pair I did a while back, again it is of Beech & Sapele. It has a Sapele inset for the pepper mill and Sapele divider.
On the basis of these I've got a further five orders.
