Well thats what Axminster call them
I want to make a radiator cabinet, so is this the best starter pack for rocket, sorry pocket hole joinery?
I want order at the same time extra screws , what size for jointing 3/4 mdf or metric equivalent as this is all new to me  ?
Go the hole hog and get the K3 master system. Believe it or not the dust extraction really improves the efficiency of drill and the versatility of the full jig with the clamping system and the ability to use it as a repair jig or when half way through assembly when you have forget a hole makes it worth while of you will be using pocket holes in the future.
I got the standard kit myself and have to say its top class. Streets ahead of the one I used to use. Very good quality manufacturing, you can't go wrong imho.
When making right-angle joints, how do you guys stop the joint from creeping as you tighten up the screw? Creeping..even without the aid of a lubricant such as glue
Roger,
Waka and I have done a few cabinets recently , all with p/screws.
Your are right about the creep problem even with clamps both Kreg and Bessey.
What we came up with was to misalign the joint in the direction the screws will pull by just a 'gnats' so that it pulled up flush. We are talking maybe 1/2 mm. This works very well indeed and you get a nice flush joint.
Regards
Martin
Load the holes with the screws first before assembling with maybe a half mm or so poking out the bottom. Then assemble and once the pointy ends take hold there'll be no slipping or creeping.
