Kiln Advice Please.

I've only just completed a similar build, using incandescent light bulbs, cheap bathroom fan and Inkbird ITC-308 controller to turn on/off fan and light. All seems to work OK, couple of test pieces placed in kiln to see what happens, how quickly and best temperature settings. My question is about the light bulbs - has anyone tried using Eco-Halogen bulbs? I'm wondering whether they will still generate the same heat as incandescents, but maybe last longer.

I was trying to work out why the fridge would not melt once it became a kiln or how a light bulb could generate kiln temperates but then I realised these are wooden bowls and not pottery, so easy to mis read something.
