junior hacksaw blades

Are there bi-metal blades available for junior hacksaws? I'm pretty sure I have seen them in the past but I don't think they are very common. Would they be more efficient at cutting smaller hardened screws and bolts than regular carbon steel?
The kerf on a 12" blade is a bit difficult to handle on a small screw.

Cutting disk on a dremel or a 1mm slitting disk on an angle grinder will be as thin as a junior hacksaw blade and easier ?

My Dremel packed up so I don't have one. Junior hacksaw cheaper than a new Dremel.

You'll be lucky to cut any hardened screw with a hacksaw, no matter what size.
