To be fair it looks like a slope...but it's not, sadly. Within the true definition (IMHO) of the 'slope' all those planes ordinaire would need to be replaced with their LN, Veritas, Holtey, Clifton etc equivalents....and what are those blue handled things on the wall? Ye Gods!
Then the environment would need to be cleaner than an operating theatre and the ambient air dehumidified so it's drier than the Sahara.

Not a bad effort Rog, but no cigar   - Rob

Rob I thought exactly the same but was too afraid to say ;)

Hi, Roger

They're not mine!!
Bad luck.

The Slope has nothing whatsoever to do with the shininess of the tools - I think it's fair to say it's connection to hand tool acquisition can be laid at the door of the Old Tools List. By definition that's not a new tool-driven definition. Yes, take heart in these times of financial restraint - it ain't enough to save you from that sliding sensation.

Pete, three? Jammy...

Cheers, Alf

Its a headache - every time you bend down to do something on the bench you're going to smack your head on the front of the planarium.

I forgot to add that a proper aficionado of the 'Slope' would need to store his (or her) shiny tools in at the very least a cabinet of Wakensian grandeur. Sticking them up on pine shelf thingy at fortyfive percent don't even come close :) - Rob

hi

the planes really nice, the slope yuk, for me two things i couldn't reach the back one's, and every day i would have a headache from bashing my head on the front lip, sorry if that upsets someone .hc

Roger

Nearly a full slope

but there is to much White space ( gaps ) that are not filled with :tool: (hammer) :tool: (hammer) :tool: (hammer) :tool:

It would be nice if I could have a tidy workshop like that, problem for me is I have had my double garage for nearly 25 years and it was full up before I even started to buy woodworking machinery.
