yes it is. I can't tell you which type or whether it is any good but it is a saw set

Looks like the fine hammer version of the Eclipse no.77.
Some prefer these to others.

OK thanks for that my wife found it at the bottom of her old horsey bits trunk, odd how she came to have that she had no idea what it was. On further inspection it actually states no 77 made in England on the inside of the handle
