Interesting pieces of furniture - 10

As a student piece it reminds me of the days when one would argue over something with a tutor - be told that it WILL be done this way, at which point you have no choice left and you work to the tutor's instruction or to satisfy a course requirement only to be left with something that doesn't satisfy anyone least of all yourself.
Looking forward to piece 11 and hoping its the one I sent Tony, I must say this is one of the best threads currently running as it exposes us all to design ideas good or bad.

All that time and effort for a few hundred pounds, not my type of furniture but I certainly wouldn't put all that time and effort in for a few hundred

Several hundred (more than 6) and I got that - not him! He was there to learn ...... To be honest he couldn't take it back to the States in any case, but I think he made a fairly decent piece for probably his first major effort.
