Not too long ago a much loved 4 footed member of our family went to the big garden in the sky 
which left a fairly substantial hole in all parts of our wellbeing and as such it wasn't long before we were compelled to not replace her but to find a way to ease the ache her passing left us with...queue the arrival of this little monster:
unfortunately, getting back on track with this thread, it turns out that everyone and his brother,mother,father,uncle and cousins all wanted a puppy as well , driving prices through the roof to the extent that for some low lifes , dog knapping seems to be the new in vogue crime. (don't ever ask how much she cost because I'm far too embarrassed to say but as the wife had a windfall and was paying what could I do but go along? )
