ID a wood turning tool?

I managed to pick up a set of Record power heavy duty skews and scrapers, second hand, just before Christmas. New to the sport (!) and have no idea what one of these tools is. In the pics, it's the one with the flat round end, with an allen bolt to remove the tip? Any thoughts appreciated.

I believe it might well be a tool for getting into the bottom of bowls. Very much replaced now by the small round carbide tools one gets from the likes of Simon Hope

I agree with Niall. I'd also add that it's probably not a tool any novice should use, the potential for big catches and scary moments looks horribly high.

Great. Cheers, guys. I thought it might be something like the carbide tools. Don't reckon I need it. The rest of the tools are well worth what I paid anyway. Thanks.
