How to remove a carriage bolt from a post without damaging thread??

I have used the same deburring tool. Was skeptical at first. It proved itself after. Was used on 8mm studding. I now use it regularly regarding box making clamps.

thanks for the response, do you need to have a nut in place first to tidy up the thread after the deburrer, or does the deburrer leave the thread in a usable state?
