If you have pallets already, why not reduce the size of them and make a few mini pallets that can be stacked up

A euro pallet is designed to take up to 4000kg static load, 250kg will be more than fine

We have one pallet. The rest is pallet wood. We can reconstruct a pallet but would have to buy the thicker timbers to do it with.
