Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
I have always been quite handy making things and enjoy messing around with wood.
In fact my wife says i am like 'Rhubarb and Custard' (for those old enough to remember), where i go in the shed, bang around for a few hours and come out with something i have made.
So far, in the years gone by, I have built a few sheds, a garden gym, a gazebo, a garden bar, plus a few smaller things.
I have decided to try my hand at making other things, so invested in a table saw (already had a chop saw), router, chisels, planer thicknesser, plus a few other things.
So far the only 2 things i have made are a chopping board and a wooden mallet.
These were out of small scrap pieces of hardwood, which i bought a large dumpy bag full for £26.
