Help with tec terms

Hi there I have enquired with a company about some sizes of sheet material and they said they have 3000x600x18 normally 9.95/m2 ex-works. What does this mean (9.95/m2 ex- works) any help would be appreciated.

Would guess it's £9.95 per square metre,and "ex-works" normally means that you arrange your own collection/delivery.
