Help identifying unknown plane maker ?

Hello,
Does anyone recognise this plane maker.
Both toe and heel are stamped with four different names, and also what looks like PAGE UTTOXETER, which I am assuming is the maker as it names a place. I can’t make out the first name initial tho, maybe H ?
If PAGE is correct, anyone know any further details on the maker.

What's on the toe end?
Be exceptionally rare for the maker to be on the heel. Might be a retailer.

Most likely this one.
Birmingham
George Davis 1821-1858 for him but company went on until 1876.

There is another George Davis 1861-1901 in Birmingham but no marks attributed to him.
