Hi All,
being moved into the new house few time ago, I still haven't a right place where to hang the car keys and others little things.. letters even. :(
Have you any fine designs of your's? I could put an GB style in my home
Thanks in advance..

Hi G,
I've just made something for my own home. It's a little hallway cupboard, which could hold keys and letters, and it lso houses the front door bell. It's not sprayed yet, and I haven't fitted it out inside, but I'll see if I can get it to look good on the camera and post a pic.

Cheers

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the quick response. I'll be very glad to see the pict. :D

Hi G
This is what I have made. It's about 800mm high, the top panel is square, the upper door panel is a Golden Rectangle and the knob is 62% of the way up the door. It's in cherry with an ebony knob.

Steve, it's great. :D I don't know if I'm able to make a so sort of furniture  ..I'm very newer in WW..

However my goal was, or should be much more down..a sort of this or similar.

Geppetto, I don't have a picture but could draw one of my key case. It is simply a small box about 8x13" inches and about 2 or 3 inches deep. It has a little framed glass door on the front and small hooks in rows in the back on which the keys hange.

I built it for our front hall which is narrow. It hangs on a couple of those keyhole hangers so it will stay level. I used a couple of pieces of magnet on the door cut from one of those flexible, self adhesive magnets you can buy to put on the back of a photo. Just the right amount of holding power.

Steve, I can see the bell, but where's the thing you hold to your ear, and the bit you speak into?
