finished in a OSMO lacquer to give a Limed Oak effect.

Last time I go " Neatherandel " and do it ALL by Hand Tools.

yes the fixed shelf is done with through tenons and wedged with walnut.

What hinges did you use? as there are none visible, and will you add handles or is there a push to open magnetic catch in there?
