Hammer Bandsaw N4400 Noise when starting

Hi

I am concerned when starting my new Hammer Bandsaw N4400. It makes a loud scretching noise for about 2 seconds and then disapates. Machine cuts perfectly well.

I wonder is it with the wiring of the actual machine (3 Phase). Its sounds like something is not good. Dont want to overthink it but cant ignore it either.

Possibly the drive belt squealing, if you can get easy access to it you can give it a quick spray with something made for the job but forget what it's called, belt dressing or similar ?

My startrite does exactly the same which is why I suspect that

Yes mine screeches. Tighten the belt. It also makes noise when the brake kicks in!
